I ordered a notebook from Otto a few weeks ago. This was sent to me but it was returned to seller without being delivered to me. I phoned with callback service. You said after the item arrived, it will be credited to my account and then I can get the credit paid into my bank account. I would like to know if the amount is really returned or deducted from next order?
By the way, I have the whole price at once (it was no Ratzahlung or Paypal).
If the customer service says so, it will be true.
You can pay at Otto also on account. One has then 14 days, after receipt of the commodity time, these to settle. Then you do not have such trouble.
The amount will be returned immediately as soon as the goods have arrived at OTTO and have been checked…
A credit will not be paid but will be credited to the account, as the name implies.
So you have a credit in the amount!
