HP's PCs and laptops have a service number at the bottom of a sticker. This code usually gives you all the necessary drivers for this particular device.

As far as I could find out, your notebook has a GPU built into the CPU (Radeon 5). A dedicated GPU "graphics card" is not installed in your HP notebook.
Actually, your system should run smoothly with the Opensource video drivers installed when you installed Elementary OS on your system.
