New headphones / laptop?

My new headphones crackle on the laptop, especially when I perform an action (eg open desktop, open browser, load page, etc.) Other headphones work perfectly on the laptop, and the new headphones have nowhere else crackle (eg mobile phone).

Where could the problem be, and how can I fix it?

The problem could be mostly because usually longer used headphones by pulling, falling down and getting damage (usually on the jack) And not so good at small movements, contact with the laptop can be obtained!

But the crackle isr only with my brand new headphones, my anten and my headset both have no crackle or only a very quiet

If the headphones are new it may be due to a cable / jack error!

Optionally, the headphones can be returned with cash register receipt.
