Windows PC does not start properly anymore. The screen stays black. It is Windows 10. You still come to the screen where you can select a USB stick to boot. I did that and flashed the stick with kaspersky rescue disk. Thus, I was able to save the most important data. How do I get Windows back?
It also takes me about 45 minutes to get to this screen as it loads very slowly. Once kaspersky rescue disk started everything goes very fast.
P.S. Is a laptop already installed on the Win10?
Yes, the suspicion is close to the hard drive on the smear or software error is present. The rescue disk launches is not counter-evidence. Even that some of your data could not be read.
Reinstall Windows is quite simple - you just need a working machine - you download the creation tool:

And using a USB stick, you start it just like your rescue disk and follow the on-screen instructions.
