So I have apparently entered the code before or confirmed on the CD at that time. Now this is no longer valid so I can't confirm the Origin, because the code has already been redeemed. What can I do about it now?
I assume that you have the same account as now redeemed as then. Then all you have to do is go to the games library, and you should see the Sims 3. Click on it and then there must somewhere "download" or something like that stand.
I've just created the account. So I do not know how I did that back then.
Then I can only recommend that you contact the EA support, because otherwise you can't do anything else. (In my experience)
