The web camera on the laptop has recently stopped working. What can that be? Is something disabled or driver not ok?
Look in the device manager to see whether it is deactivated or has an exclamation mark
Then see if Win is up to date
And then go to the website of the notebook and look there for the driver for the cam and install it
With some keyboards you can activate and deactivate the camera (but also other things) using the FN key and F keys. In this case, the F keys are also highlighted with an additional symbol, for example a camera or the symbol for loudspeakers.
However, it is also possible that the device is deactivated. To do this, you have to open the device manager (just search via the start menu). You can then find your webcam and then activate the camera (if it should be deactivated).
You can also update the driver via the context menu when the opportunity arises; the webcam may then work again.
Is everything actually ok, drivers are ok, device is running properly…
