Sims 4 keeps crashing?

I have a question and does Sims 4 often crash with you? If you uploaded the update with the bug fixes 2 days ago, my game has crashed twice out of the blue. Two hours of work on a house has been lost. I just want to know if it's my laptop or the game!

Do you already have the Windows Update?
