Cheaper upgrade laptop?

Looking for a laptop up to 350 euro that can be upgraded with ram bars and ssd. SHOULD have at least 2 cores with 2.0 GHz and turbo at least 3.0 or so and 8GB RAM where I can expand to 16GB. Ssd expandable also BEST: DOES SOMEONE HAVE WHAT NEW?

Ok why not? Sometimes there's the cheap with 4GB ram and only 128GB ssd then I build the rest myself or swap and save. Otherwise there's a max. 400 euro with a good cpu good graphics? ; /
