The cheat window in Sims 4 opens with the key combination CTRL + SHIFT + C. I played Sims again today (for a long time). And there I noticed it. The cheat window can't be opened anymore. I looked at Google. So I have as stated emptied my cache folder (Documents / Eletronic Arts / Sims4 / Cache). My game restarted. Restarted the whole laptop. But nothing works. What else can I do?

Also, I just noticed that the game is totally banned. I'm at the Spice Festival with my Sim family and all the items or stalls are nested inside each other. And it rains permanently. The second day without interruption - in one go. The Sims go through everything as if they were ghosts. Everything really.
