Can this pc work?
I would like to put together my first self-made PC in the next 3 weeks and have already selected various components. Since I have never assembled a PC myself, I do not know whether the components would all work together, so I now turn to people who are well versed in the subject. I thank you in advance for the answers.
PS: I don't need a Windows license because my laptop has one and I can then take it over.

For the mainboard, you should take at least one B450 chip.
In theory, it would work, but the board is so bad that you can't take full advantage of the CPU. I would therefore advise you to use the ASRock B450M pro4.
The price is very fair for a MAX motherboard.
The rx5500xt says that it comes with PCI 4.0 on the mainboard, but with the mainboard I can't read anything about PCI 4.0 anywhere, it only says pci 3.0. Wouldn't the graphics card work then?
But it works the same way. You won't notice the difference. You wouldn't even notice it with an RX5700XT.
