It depends on what you want to do 😅 You should definitely download antivirus software on your PC (I recommend Avira, it's free, but there's also a "Pro version"). When downloading on both gardens, it is best not to download from random websites or apps. On my mobile phone, I only download most of it from Google Play or the Apple Store.
