Cell phone screen transfer when display does not work?

The display of my mobile phone (Android) is broken and I wanted to share the screen on my laptop (Windows) so that I can still access it, but I have no access to the mobile phone because I can't see anything. Is there a program for windows that instantly transmits the mobile phone screen when it is connected without me having to do anything on the mobile phone?

If this has not been configured beforehand, you have almost no chance here. I'm assuming the device is locked, which makes it 90% more difficult.
