EBay notebook sold?

I have sold my laptop on eBay defect now the buyer claims that there are more defects than described and I want 15 euro back I did not agree and wanted my device back but the Lord will not send me the device nor the money on Paypal I think he has broken something extra what can I do?

You sold it as broken and that's it. Ev. Did he come out of the component what he needs and now it still tries.
