Buy the right laptop, e.g. Play for Sims 4?

The most important thing for me is that it does not cost more than 500.00 euro, has a lot of storage space (because of Sims 4), a CD / DVD drive and can connect to Wi-Fi.
The Sims 4 requirements can be found on the Internet, but I really have no idea about them.
