Can I use the laptop as a monitor?

So I can use the laptop with the keyboard and mouse as a monitor with a PC. And if so, what do I have to do?

No, that is not possible, because the HDMI port on the laptop is only an output.

I would be new. You can connect the laptop to a monitor, but the other way around is probably not.

No, because the signal in the connection only out and not go.
