We have a Wi-Fi router from A1. Last night the Wi-Fi was still normal. My mother then switched off the Wi-Fi router last night. She turned it on again this morning. Since then, none of our stand-pcs, laptops or cell phones can connect to the Wi-Fi. I then called the ip address of the wlan router and you can see that the user name and password are missing during ppp authentication. I have therefore entered it again but our Wi-Fi is still not working 😢
Applies to WINDOWS 10:
Is the WLAN symbol active on the PC and whoever clicks on it, is the correct network name of the house network displayed?
Is DNS activated in the router or will it then automatically assign the IP address?
Yes, the Wi-Fi symbol on the pc is active
the correct network name is also displayed
no, I don't think DNS is activated in the router so I don't see anywhere now that this would be activated
But I believe that the ip address is already assigned automatically
However, this should first be checked how the IPs are set and which "rage" is now stored there, because otherwise no meaningful diagnosis of the error can be made.
