Need help with my headset?

My controller fell down yesterday with my headset plugged in. Now I have the problem that I can no longer talk on the Playstation. But I can still hear everything and the microphone works on my laptop.

Perhaps the fall damaged the audio jack in the controller. Try a different controller, maybe that will help.

Does not work too

Perhaps look in the settings to see if everything is selected correctly, or check the headset for a loose connection.
