I flattened the laptop for a friend and upgraded from windows 7 to Windows 10. When I reinstalled everything, I found that the official version of Office 2007 is no longer available for download. Can I somehow still get it legally? I read the product key and the ID beforehand.
Okay, you probably upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10 due to the end of support. This is understandable and correct.
But why do you want to install Office 2007 when no updates are released there either? It doesn't make sense to me. As far as I know, you can't legally download Office 2007 anywhere else.
Think about whether a new version of Ms-Office makes sense or an alternative like OpenOffice.
