Help for IServ?

I just had a video conference on IServ and had the following problem:

Before entering the room you can choose between "microphone" and "just listening". I then tapped on the microphone and then there's such a field with access to the microphone allow what did not come to me. Because of this, I couldn't hear my teacher.

What can be the cause? I first tried it with my laptop and then with my cell phone, but I also had the same problem there. Should I rather download the IServ app?

I sometimes do that too… Then just go back out and try again. If it still doesn't work, leave out the conference and say afterwards that you didn't come in. Then ask the teacher if she can explain this to you again, and then it will work again.
