Due to Corona and being at home all the time, I became extremely addicted to cell phones and by that I mean a real addiction…
Now I don't know how I can best get rid of it, e.g. My first plan was simply to switch everything off completely, but I need the laptop for homeschooling and I don't want to lose WhatsApp contact with my friends.
Hence my question: cold or slow withdrawal?
And these two things would take us a long time (I want to get "clean" as soon as possible.
Then limit your needs to an hour a day
Step by step: ideally half an hour less every day. But enforce that too!

At times I hung on Instagram for hours every day and then I noticed that the time was just thrown away there.
I then turned off the notification and moved the app to a folder.
Since then, I've only opened the app when my colleagues / friends asked me about it.
Out of sight, out of mind!
And maybe you can talk to your friends on the phone.
Is better than writing for hours!
