Not reliable, no. The PC is compromised and should IMMEDIATELY be completely rebuilt without any ifs or buts or a reliable clean backup will be recorded. All search and delete actions in the matter of "Trojans" are a negligent waste of time.
I would advise you to completely reinstall the system. If it has already been compromised, a cleanup is not worth it.
I would delete the laptop completely and put it on again
