I have a monitor on my laptop connected to via VGA.
But it is always shown to me that the connected device is not recognized.
If I keep the cable straight when it is plugged in, it usually doesn't always work.

Then the loose contact on the VGA port seems to be.
Either you use a different cable or port on the screen or you would have to unscrew the two ports and see what is wrong.
