Just look for update in the bar at the bottom, then something comes in the direction of Windows Update or System Update or something. You can certainly set it somewhere to download updates automatically on / off.
That's exactly how I did it. But you can only turn off updates for 7 days. Otherwise there's nothing to choose from.
