My notebook bugs around. For example, when I try to start Steam, my screen hangs for 1 to 3 seconds, then the screen goes black for a second and then it runs again.
But it also happens when I don't.
I have actually updated all drivers and I don't know what to do next so I ask for help.

Reset it once but so the data remains stored
It is broken
Back up data Reinstall Windows.
