After BIOS only black screen?

My Asus laptop does not start up anymore. If you turn it on, the Asus logo will appear briefly and then the screen will turn black. Even if I boot Windows via USB only the Windows logo appears briefly and then the screen is black again. I had the problem once before, there it was after a bit wait again.
