And I've always seen how you can buy laptops or something else in the Aldi. However, they were always in such a glass. Since I wanted to buy headphones there soon, I wanted to ask if anyone knows how to buy exactly these devices in this display case. Do you have to speak to someone about it or should you just say at the checkout I would like these headphones?

These are dream showcases. That means you can wish things out there. However, this requires some practice. If you don't have what it takes, there's an app for it. Simply hold the smartphone to the display case, then select the relevant item on the display and then hold the smartphone directly to the cashier's forehead. The advantage here is that the item can also be paid for directly.
