Keyboard not working properly on the new PC?

And although not long ago I assembled a PC and since then I have noticed that in Rainbow six siege just cancel the actions (where you have to hold down) and in Cyberpunk my character with normal running with w permanently from running to sprinting back and forth jumps or when scanning the scanner opens and closes spamming… When I used the same keyboard with my laptop, everything was still normal. What could that be?
