Hi

My laptop keeps booting up. It's normal but then comes (see picture) what should I do now.

PS: I connected the laptop to my TV.

Your Windows is booked. This may be due to a flawed software update that Microsoft forced you to play, or your Windows installation has been damaged in some other way (with a virus being just one of many options, so be cautious about frantically screaming "malware" now)). A hardware damage is not completely ruled out, even if I would expect the more unlikely causes.

I would download the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool on another computer and try to get your Windows going again (assuming you had Win10 on it).

Windows start in safe mode. If that does not help, then you'll have to reinstall Windows for better or worse.
