Win 10 no longer boots?

I have a problem with my HP laptop. It or win10 does not start up properly anymore, but instead the windows troubleshooting window opens every time I start up, but I can't do anything as you can see in the pictures. Do you know how I can get the pc up and running again or reset it?

If nothing helps, then it is always a good idea to reinstall windows 10. You should do that with laptops that you buy new anyway, as a lot of blodware is already installed in advance.

No just reinstall windows. Install the media creation tool on a USB stick. Then in the laptop and boot from the USB stick. Then select custom installation. Delete all partitions and then create a new one. Your Windows license is already stored internally on the mainboard.
