Make the game more fluid?

I'm just asking out of boredom so let's come to the topic I downloaded gta5 to a laptop and it ✨started✨ You can even play it, only it jerks extremely sometimes only slightly (see video link)

So you can do something there, I know that the processor and graphics card are bad, just I wanted to know, can you do something there so that it works better except upgrade and so on

and why is it most of all that it jerks so much

You can only turn the settings down. If that doesn't work, you won't get much out of it.
