I want a PC and something to design / draw.
1st option: first 800 euro laptop with touchscreen for drawing and then ~ 1000 euro PC
or
2nd option: first ~ 1000 euro and then the laptop or even just a tablet
Opinions are welcome.
I would buy an iPad to draw, what do you need the PC for? Maybe a MacBook would also be something for you
Then it would make the most sense to use PC + Drawpad. (e.g. The Intuos pro or the Cintiq Pro from Wacom)
Have you ever looked at Microsoft's Surface Book? Is a laptop with a detachable touchscreen, i.e. You can use the monitor as a tablet and draw great on it with the appropriate pen.

Have the part as a work tool. Very awesome. I connected an LG 38 "curved monitor as an external monitor. It may be beyond your budget, but this combination is absolutely great!
