Does the image color change continuously?

When I watch a series / film with my laptop in Netflix, the screen color changes suddenly from gaudy to cloudy. This happens every 2 minutes and is extremely annoying to the eye. Can you do something about the settings?

Sometimes Netflix or The Laptop does this automatically to adjust the light to the external lighting conditions. With the laptop, you can turn this off under Settings

Unfortunately I can't find anything in the settings. Which do you mean?
