Return policy on Amazon expired, items still return?

About 1.5 months ago I ordered a laptop from Amazon for the university. Now after more frequent use, I'm dissatisfied because the battery does not last long enough and the PC is generally quite slow. The laptop has been in my possession for 48 days. Return Policy was 30 days. Is there a possibility that the dealer takes back the laptop anyway? The dealer is Shinobee, who sells his laptops via Amazon.

No, if there's no defect then no one will take back.

Why should they do this? It's only 30 days because Amazon demands it. If there's a defect, you can replace or repair the device, you can forget to return.

Bi

Why not? Just then it is positive for the seller because he can sell the original price with new packaging. So no loss.

li

The seller has rarely "replacement packaging" because the device is not new but used and therefore worth less.
The best example is there a car, which is 0 km with a thousand euro more expensive than 1000km, although it is almost new.

Call Amazon at customer service and say that the battery is suddenly very bad and that the laptop is very slow. Maybe they'll do something then.

I changed my shoes twice every 3 months and then got the money back.

A complaint is just not a revocation. You can complain for 24 months for new goods.
