Why has laptops 4GB-Ram already settled for years (!) As a standard and not already doubled several times, as it used to be?!
I do not know what you're looking for as a standard, but if you do not buy the absolute low-level starter sets (ie for 300-400 euro) then you usually have 8 GB of RAM today as well.
For the simplest applications even 4GB are just enough. Thanks to a system SSD, this is not as significant as with a system HDD.
The standard is mitlerweile at 6 or 8 GB of RAM but no matter.
Currently the standard is 8 GB of RAM. I have not seen laptops with 4 GB in business for a long time. That's exactly how SSDs are standard.
Where did you get the information? 4 GB of RAM would still be standard?
