I broke my charging cable with this power supply a few years ago (if it's the right word, stop this block that is on the cable). How? It was permanently plugged in, then a fuse jumped out, and then we put it back in and when I wanted to charge my laptop, I noticed that it wasn't charging.
Maybe I wanted to use the laptop again and see if it makes sense or is even possible to fix it after the incident.

Often the power cord is plugged into the power supply, check whether the plug is properly inserted. On this occasion you can also take a close look at the cables and plugs to see if there's any damage. If there's damage near the plug, you can attach new plugs or patch the output line. Otherwise you need a replacement power supply. This can be selected based on the technical data of the original power supply.
You simply enter the manufacturer and type of the laptop together with the word "power supply" on Google… And get yourself a new one!
