Now I finished my apprenticeship on the 31st of August and started to work in a forest kindergarten.
My question is now what can you deduct from the tax and how much do you get back.
In the forest, for example, I need warm clothes and a backpack in winter. Possibly a laptop for portfolios and other written Aufgabrn I do from home.
Now I wonder how are you doing with the tax return?
And how is that after completing the training so you get back something?
I need warm clothes and a backpack in winter, almost everyone needs -this is not work clothes!
I'm in the forest all day!
You can't sell the clothes because it is not safety clothing within the BG requirements. The laptop can be credited under certain circumstances. I would discuss with a payroll association.
The cost of typical workwear is recognized as a business expense.
Warm clothes are not included.
Roughly speaking, you can sell everything required to practice your purchase. It will be critical for things that do not serve the profession alone. Eg. Occupational clothing, deductible is only the clothes that you usually can't wear in normal everyday life. Cars and vehicles as well. Deposable, however, the way to work with 30 ct. One-kilometer trip to the regular workplace, as well as every kilometer to changing workplaces, schools and further education. Insurances, as far as they also protect at work (eg private accident insurance at 50%), cost for account maintenance fees, if required for work, proportionate mobile phone, telephone and Internet costs. All in all, you have to get at least 1,000 euro together, because you can already claim 1,000 euro as a lump sum.
