Any reasonably reputable program can be uninstalled relatively easily under Settings → apps and features or software.
Try the Revo Uninstaller tool: https://www.revouninstaller.com/de/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ The freeware version is sufficient. It can also be used to uninstall extremely stubborn programs.
