Unfortunately, I don't know any. But if it helps you: I took a 15 year old laptop and upgraded it. New CPU, twice as much RAM, new battery, an SSD and you're done. 100 euro. I don't know if that might help.

When buying a laptop, pay attention to the following aspects:

As much RAM as possible should be available, at least 8 gb, but don't get stuck there, you can replace the RAM memory with a larger RAM chip later

The processor should have the highest possible single-core performance. Therefore always prefer intelcore processors over AMD processors. Nevertheless: inform yourself, that guarantees nothing, especially since Intel processors are usually more expensive. And when informing, make sure that you are dealing with processors specialized for laptops.

If you still have enough money for an ssd (can also be retrofitted) always go to ssd, they are quieter, but you can neglect the point, I have all my music on the hdd and I don't mind the sum.
