Please help

My laptop is running, so I can hear air tones, LEDs from the laptop come on, but the screen is black. I also made brightness bright.

Try it with an external monitor. The laptop surely has a VGA or HDMI output.

Yes, that's why I wrote "external monitor". The laptop should have a connection for an external monitor. If it has an HDMI connection, you can connect it to a television with an HDMI input for testing.
