No, you're saying the Xbox is in some measure, which is wrong. The console is only off when it no longer uses any power. The console still consumes a few watts in sleep mode. As long as the CPU is still working, which has to be done for an installation, the console is not off, but only in a low power mode without video output!

I'm only correcting you, you apparently only insist that your statement is correct, which unfortunately is not true. The only thing that is turned off is the graphics processor in the APU. So the console is still running, just in low power mode. So the console isn't off.
