Online meetings jerky in sound and image, Internet connection is good?

I have the problem that all online meetings (Skype, Zoom, Webex, Gotomeeting) jerky on my laptop. The internet connection is good and sufficient because I do not have this problem in the same network with a tablet.
Maybe someone has an idea why?

The problem is that it occurs in different networks and i have a download of over 30 Mbit / s in all of them

Unfortunately have no LAN connection.

The Wi-Fi can't really be because I'm in the same network with the tablet with which the online meetings run smoothly.
