Why is my computer having Wi-Fi problems?

I have had a new laptop for some time and now it often happens to me that the Wi-Fi connection simply breaks off and I can't reconnect for about 30 seconds. The internet outage then often affects not only my laptop, but also the cell phone and other computers that are connected. If I haven't connected my laptop, it won't. I have already run a virus scan. What could be the problem here? (Until now only happened with the Austrian provider A1.)

So let's start at the back. As you can see, DSL (Internet) and Wi-Fi (wireless connection) are two completely different things.

Wi-Fi connects routers with Wi-Fi-enabled devices. Also does not fail if the DSL fails but just has no connection to the DSL (which the router establishes) If several WLAN connections fail at the same time, this is your router.

Actually, no device except the router itself can cause a WLAN failure. Now your Läppi seems to be emitting a signal that causes a short outage.

How many devices are connected? Because

also the cell phone and other computers

Many routers fail with 4 devices. When the fifth comes, everything collapses.

Thanks for the detailed answer! In the future I will probably make sure that not too many devices are connected.
