I ordered a heaset and connected it to my laptop, but it doesn't work. I thought it was broken but it works on my Switch Lite. There's also no message or anything when I plug it in. Does anyone know why that is?
I would see if you can take something else there.
If that is the case and the USB / Line in input is not damaged. Plug the headset back in normally, go to the taskbar below. Then right click on the arrow that should be at the bottom right, then click on Sounds.
Then you should have input / output devices there.
For output devices you then have to right click on the headset and activate it.
If the headset is not there, and the slot is definitely not broken, I would see if the headset has a driver to install.
If that can be ruled out with certainty, I would contact support.
