You can buy it for example at Media Markt activate the installation key under https://www.origin.com/...deu/de-de/. Or buy it directly online on Origin. From Origin you can just download it anytime. The digital version is currently on sale for 10 euro.

Exactly but only if you buy it in the store. If you buy it directly online on the Origin website, it will be added directly to your account in the games library without having to activate anything.
