Can't access files?

I'm currently trying to install and open a file called: AutoClicker.exe. Unfortunately, there's always a notification that: "The specified device or The path or the file can't be accessed" means

I hope you can help me because I'm on my laptop and only one user account exists. So I do not remember what to do.

Yes, but if I opened a file so for compatibility or something, then came you have no permission to open this file.

Maybe running it once with "Administrator" should fix most problems

Right click → open as administrator

Was then deleted
