How do I find out the Udp port of a device (PS4, mobile phone, laptop) (Telekom, Speedport)?

There's no UDP port.

The port used is specified by the game developer so that every player uses the same port.

UDP is "just" a protocol that tells the devices in the network how to handle the received data.

So you have to contact the developer or check in their forums which ports are used and then enable them on your router.
