I do not have an iKonn 220 (Icon says nothing, iKuun still exists, but it ends with i200), at other AT's of Eleaf, Wismec, Joyetech:
simultaneously hold the plus and the fire button (in the switched-on state) until the display shows LOGO - ON / OFF, then select with plus or minus as you like. Guess that it is the same with the iKonn.
Probably the logo is only switched off for you.
