My buttons do not work anymore?

For several months, my '' W '' and '' S '' key is very loose, or broken. (I also use a laptop)

Does anyone know how I can fix it?

I also tried with glue, but then went off after 1-2 months.

Then you have warranty and get the keyboard replaced for free.

Otherwise, I would (unless the laptop is already very old and bad anyway) can be expertly replaced.

I bought my laptop on August 2016 so it's over 2 years old.
