BIOS update problems with Fujitsu T4010D laptop?

I bought a Fujitsu T4010D, it had no hard drive and no adapter for the hard drive. When I connect the hard disk, the computer hangs up. I want to try to do a BIOS update, but I do not know how. Tutorials on the Internet do not help.

I also tried with a USB stick to install the update, but was not synonymous. Should I set something in the BIOS? I do not know.

Get a hard drive with adapter… Install Windows… Then do the BIOS update on Windows.
