Shutdown laptop on battery power and power up when reconnected?

I wanted to ask if there was a way to shutdown my Windows 10 laptop immediately when it was disconnected from the power and to restart it automatically as soon as it was charged. I just closed it in the closet (connected via WLAN) and wanted to control it with a WLAN socket (connected via HDMI as a MediaCenter).
Unfortunately, the function does not exist in the BIOS.

You can only look in Control Panel> Energy Options.
